Addendum

In conducting its activities as an international company Noell Crane System (China) Ltd., (herein after called 揘oell China? refers to the protection of human and labour rights, of safety and environment, as well as to the system of values and principles concerning transparency and integrity, energy efficiency and sustainable development, as outlined by International Institutions and conventions.

In this respect Noell China reaffirms its commitment to operate within the framework of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Fundamental Conventions of ILO ?International Labor Organization ?and the OECD Guidelines on Multinational Enterprises, with particular reference to the areas concerning the protection of labour rights, freedom of association, the rejection of all forms of discrimination, forced and child labour, corruption, the safe guarding of dignity, health and safety at the work place, the respect for natural biodiversities and the protection of environment.

Moreover, Noell China is committed to actively contribute to promoting the quality of life and the socio-economic development of the communities where the Company operates and to the development of their human resources and capabilities, while conducting its business activities in China and international markets according to standards that are compatible with fair commercial practice.

All of Noell China's activities are carried out in the awareness of the Social Responsibilities that the Noell has towards all of its stakeholders (employee, shareholders, suppliers, communities, commercial and financial partners, institutions, industry associations and trade unions? in the belief that the capacity for dialogue and interaction with civil society constitutes an important asset for the employee.
