Be certified by DNV- Det Norske Veritas (Norway), Noell (China) procured Quality Management System certificate of ISO 9002 in 1999, and certificate of ISO9001:2000 in 2003. And in 2006, Noell (China) passed the recertification of ISO9001:2000.
